Culinary Arts
Our students are given hands-on opportunities to learn industry standards for food preparation, business efficiencies, menu planning, inventory control, management, and safety and sanitation, as well as basic cooking and food preparation.
We are the only high school in the state of Oklahoma with a working restaurant affiliated with our culinary arts program.
Hale's Kitchen
We offer the district's only culinary arts education program which operates Hale's Kitchen, which is open to the public and provides students with real-life experiences working in the hospitality industry.
