Enrollment is open for the 2024-2025 school year. The first enrollment window will close on Feb. 16. Families can submit enrollment applications and find more information at www.tulsaschools.org/enroll.

FREE Tax Filing with Tulsa Responds and at the TPS Parent Resource Center
Join Tulsa Responds and the PRC team to get your 2023 taxes filed for FREE and make sure any refund or credit you’re entitled to stays with you and your family. Families in Tulsa County who earned $64,000 or less in 2023 can file their taxes with an IRS-certified tax preparer at no cost through Tulsa Responds.
Through February 29, meet with TulsaResponds at Tulsa Public Schools’ Parent Resource Center (525 E. 46th St. N., in the Alcott building next to North Star Academy). They are available the following days/times:
Tuesday – Friday, from 10 a.m. – 3p.m. (PRC, room 24)
Free tax filing appointments with Tulsa Responds are also available until April 15. Visit www.tulsaresponds.org/taxes or call 918-900-0918 to make an appointment.
Tulsa Public Schools Board Elections and Candidate Forum
The University of Tulsa, the Tulsa World and the Tulsa Press Club are sponsoring a free public forum for candidates running in the upcoming Board of Education election for Tulsa Public Schools.
Each candidate is invited to participate in the forum, which is free and open to the public. Online registration is required. The forum is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 27, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Lorton Performance Center on the TU campus, 550 S. Gary Place.

March 8 is the last day to register to vote in the April 2 school board elections. Visit the Tulsa County Election Board website for voter registration information.
Youth Medical Mentor Summit @ TulsaTech
Your 8th-12th grade student is invited to the Youth Medical Mentor Summit on March 12th. Students can explore the world of medicine through hands-on clinical activities and connect with professionals in the field. Complimentary lunch is provided for all participants.

Multilingual Parent Advisory Committee (MPAC) – Next Meeting Feb 29
The Tulsa Public Schools’ MPAC (Multilingual Parent Advisory Committee) is having a meeting on February 29, 2024, from 5:30pm–6:30pm The MPAC is comprised of parents and guardians of multilingual learners enrolled in Tulsa Public Schools. The MPAC meets monthly to advise the district on matters that are important to multilingual learners and learn about ways they can advocate and support their children’s education. Parents can register to attend this session and receive the Zoom link by completing the MPAC Parent Registration Form. Sessions are currently presented in English and Spanish. Parents who need language supports in additional languages can request an interpreter by completing the online registration form no later than February 19..

Kravis Summer Arts Camps from TPS – Scholarships Available!
Kravis Summer Arts Camp provides an opportunity for students from across the city of Tulsa to express their creativity and be immersed in the fine arts for two full weeks each summer (2024 camp dates: June 3-14). Learn more on the TPS website (general registration for these arts camps opens February 26).
Scholarships are available for students who require financial assistance to attend these arts camps. To apply for a scholarship, please fill out this form - due Feb 16 for elementary and middle school camps; April 26 for the high school camp.
