The American Hotel and
Lodging Educational Institute curriculum is designed to provide
initial training for hospitality positions in the food and
beverage divisions of a lodging operation including front desk,
reservations, housekeeping services, restaurant services and
banquet set-up and services.
The program focuses on
leadership and management; including team-building, marketing
and sales and food and beverage service. Throughout the
program there is a focus on customer relations and working with
people.
