My name is Justin Jones and I teach U.S. History and AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) at Hale.  This is my 4th Year at Nathan Hale.  I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2008 with a B.S. in Secondary Social Studies.  I passed my Special Ed. certification in the Summer of 2008 and passed my Health/PE certification in the summer spring of 2010.

Even though I graduated from OSU I am a die hard Sooner fan, but I will route for OSU as long as they are not playin OU.  I am also a St. Louis Cardinals fan and I hope to some day live in St. Louis.

I have been married to my beautiful wife Jennifer for over 5 years and we have 2 beautiful girls named Jaydn (5 years) and Paityn who will be 1 in Dec. 

I am also the Head Boys and Girls Cross-Country Coach along with being an Asst. track coach dealing with mostly the distant runners at Nathan Hale, In 2008 we won our conference in Cross-country for the first time in a long time , and last year in Track we qualified 21 athletes to the state Track meet.

Starting at the End of January to the beginning of February of 2012 I will be having Zach Lehnus taking over and teaching the class.  Zach is a student teacher from Oklahoma State University, trying to complete his requirements to become a teacher.
