    Required Immunizations for 2009-2010
DPT             5 Doses    All Grades
Polio            4 Doses    All Grades
MMR            2 Doses    All Grades
Hepatitis A    2 Doses    All Grades
Hepatitis B    3 Doses    All Grades
Varicella       1 Dose     9th-11th

    If your student is very sick or has a temperature, please do not send them to school. This also includes frequent coughing. You will need to call the school at 918-925-1200 and notify the Attendance Office. 

    A Flu Shot is now recommended for all students. 

    Good handwashing involves using soap and vigorous washing of all surfaces of the hand for twenty (20) seconds and then drying them with a paper towel. This will prevent the passing of most viruses. 

    All medications need to be checked into the clinic with appropriate paperwork completed.
