Hale Student Cooks at Renaissance Hotel
Carlos CookingCarlos Martinez was picked to work one on one with Chef Robert Black at an event at the Renaissance Hotel on August 13th.  Carlos’ dish was phenomenal and it was quite an honor for him to be chosen.  He was one of six students in the Tulsa area that participated in the event.

His dish was Toasted Brioche, Hudson Valley Foie Gras (goose liver), and Gooseberry Marmalade, with Salted Peanut Brittle.
